Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it rarely looks the way people expect. It might arrive as sadness, or it might show up as anger, numbness, exhaustion, or a strange sense of relief you feel guilty for having. Whatever it looks like for you, it's valid — and you don't have to carry it by yourself.
I work with individuals and couples navigating the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a diagnosis, or any significant change that has reshaped your life. For couples grieving together, I offer a structured approach that helps you understand each other's grieving styles, so loss doesn't quietly become something that divides you at exactly the time you need each other most.
Using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, we'll create space for your grief to be witnessed rather than fixed, while also building the coping tools that help you carry it and keep living alongside it.
I provide this support in Bundoora, Mill Park, South Morang, Epping, Reservoir, Doreen, Mernda, Wollert, Thomastown, Lalor, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Preston, Somerton, and across greater Melbourne — in person and via telehealth. Sessions are available in English and Arabic. As a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor with 5+ years of experience and over 1,500 individual sessions, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience as a migrant, mother, and career changer to every session.
