Maybe it's the racing thoughts at 2am. The constant sense that something's wrong even when you can't name it. Or the heaviness that makes getting through an ordinary day feel like climbing a hill. Anxiety and depression can show up differently for everyone, but the exhaustion of carrying it alone tends to feel the same.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, procrastination, and that persistent feeling of being stuck — helping you understand what's actually driving the thoughts and feelings, rather than just managing the symptoms on the surface.
Using an integrative approach combining CBT, ACT, and person-centred therapy, we'll work together to challenge the beliefs keeping you stuck, build practical tools for the hardest moments, and reconnect you with a sense of control over your own life.
I provide this support in Bundoora, Mill Park, South Morang, Epping, Reservoir, Doreen, Mernda, Wollert, Thomastown, Lalor, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Preston, Somerton, and across greater Melbourne — in person and via telehealth. Sessions are available in English and Arabic. As a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor with 5+ years of experience and over 1,500 individual sessions, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience as a migrant, mother, and career changer to every session.
